About Us

If you are seeking out the best in premiere, all-inclusive services for producers, actors, directors, ad agencies, and production services, look no further.   Complete Production Group has been first in leading the industry for well over four decades in areas such as entertainment payroll, negotiation, and union talent signatory services.

The company was formed and founded by Casting Director pioneer Jackie Kelly in 1973 inside a small rental space above the famous restaurant "Sardi's" in New York’s Theater District.  Originally called Complete Casting at the time, Jackie understood the importance of working with her clients on a personal level, as well as having a strong conenction with the unions, particularly SAG & AFTRA.  As the business grew, she moved into a larger office on West 50th Street and was fortunate enough to be able to hire great people to work alongside her.  The company has since grown to include Signatory and Payroll services, adding to Jackie’s already successful casting business.

In 2011 the company changed its name to Complete Production Group in order to cover the full umbrella and range of services being provided in addition to the original casting services Jackie provided.

In 2015 we expanded even further with our West Coast office, nestled right on Melrose Avenue to accommodate our expanded client base in order to be more hands on.

Today, the company is now piloted by managing partners, Donny Schwenk and Adam Fisher, who with determination, perseverance, and many years of experience themselves, have continued to develop CPG as the leading service for all of your needs. The two have cultivated a diverse range of industry relationships with agents, producers, performers, and production companies in order to provide the best guidance towards successful productions which are guaranteed to be on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.

Complete Production Group will not only handle all of the talent negotiation for you, but manage all the administrative tasks involved such as:  scheduling, payroll, labor relations, storyboard review, finding the proper outlets to finance your project, knowing and properly guiding clients through the proper SAG (Screen Actors Guild) and AFTRA (American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) standards, and so much more!
